We expanded our privacy policy in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, which came into effect on 25th May 2018.
Our privacy commitments

2. Who will your personal data be shared with?
We will make sure that only accredited Clairval personnel are able to access your personal data.
In some cases, we may share your personal data with other companies within the Trigano group around Europe, who will be required to adhere to the same security and privacy obligations as Clairval.
3. Where will your personal data be stored?
Data will be stored in respect of French legislation and EU regulations.
If our service provider is operating outside of the European Union, we will protect the confidentiality of your personal information and your rights by employing the data protection clauses set forward by the European Commission.
4. How long will your personal data be stored for?
Data will not be retained for any longer than is permitted by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) recommendations and/or the legal obligations:
Length of time for which your account information will be kept by Clairval: 2 years dating from your last contact with Clairval.
ID document shared when exercising the right to question, access, rectify or oppose personal data: 2 years dating from when it was received by Clairval.
During these periods, we may archive data - for the purposes of meeting statutes of limitations for legal proceedings, for example.
